Primary School Resources
Bóthar works with primary schools through our Bóthar Buddies programme to help those in need around the world.
Bóthar Buddies encourages primary school pupils to send an Irish dairy goat or another gift of livestock to the developing world during the school year.
Bóthar encourages all schools, whether they are fundraising for Bóthar or not, to request a Bóthar Class Speaker for their school. A Bóthar representative will travel to your school and give a 20 minute presentation with a Q&A session afterwards which provides huge insight and examples of Bóthar's work.
Below there are plenty of useful resources we have put together for schools to help you explain the Bóthar concept to your pupils.
If you need any further resources for your school like fundraising posters or any other materials, please contact Maureen Purcell maureen@bothar.ie or phone 061 414142
